Once you have completed a Wholesale Registration Form, your account will be reviewed, and you should receive an E-mail confirmation of your approval within 24 hours. Your confirmation E-mail will also include your username and password which you can use to log in at UjenaWholesale.com allowing you to view wholesale pricing and place orders online.

Terms

Because UjenaWholesale.com offers such an open order wholesale program without quantity or order size requirements, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY WHOLESALE ORDERS except as listed below.

Any product(s) received incorrectly or have a manufacturing defect can be EXCHANGED. No credits or refunds will be issued. If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted.

Shipping to destinations located in Continental USA

All wholesale orders received by 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day.

Most orders will be received within 5-7 business days from the day the order is submitted. However, we advise that you allow Ujena 2 weeks lead time in the event of unforeseen manufacturing obstacles. Guaranteed delivery service is available for an additional cost. Priority service may vary depending on the size of your order.

International Orders

Delivery time of International orders vary anywhere from 7 – 20 business days due to customs requirements we may not be able to control. Please be aware that your cost of shipping outside of the United States can vary and may be adjusted due to additional fees charged by fedex after shipping. Situations like rural or remote delivery locations may cause additional fees to be assessed as well as extra fees for certain foreign countries. In the event of this, you will be charged the difference, notified of this and sent a copy of the fedex invoice if you request this. US Shipping rates DO NOT apply to international orders. Additional fees may be required to cover taxes and import fees imposed by other countries. Vendors are responsible for any and all additional charges that may apply.

Recommended Swimsuit Care

The following are our recommendations for swimwear care:

- Handwash the swimsuit prior to the first wear to set the colors

- After wearing the swimsuit, handwash the suit in a mild detergent, rinse well, hang or lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight

- Make sure that ALL body and suntan oils are removed from the swimsuit. If not, these oils will destroy the elasticity of the swimsuit!

- Don't leave the suit soaking overnight, bundled, wadded up, or rolled in a towel. This will cause the colors to bleed.

- Don't use Woolite, bleach, or dry the swimsuit in a dryer. All will destroy the elasticity of the suit.
