If you are interested in selling UjENA we would love to work with you. First step is to click on the SIGN UP bottom in the top tool bar and fill out our short wholesale application. Once you do that, we'll review your application and when we approve you for purchasing, you'll receive an email confirming your username and password. You'll then have access to login, view our wholesale prices and begin placing orders directly through our website without any minimum order requirements at all.

Terms

Because UjenaWholesale.com offers such an open order wholesale program without quantity or order size requirements, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY WHOLESALE ORDERS except as listed below.

Any product(s) received incorrectly or have a manufacturing defect can be EXCHANGED provide product is sent back to UjENA in new condition, with the hang tags and sanitary strips in place. NO credits or refunds will be issued in this case. If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted. If ANY product is sent back soiled, or smells of smoke, we obviously cannot accept this because we cannot resell it. This product can be mailed back to you or your customer. You will be charged for the return shipping and handling.

Flat Rate Regular Shipping to destinations located in Continental USA. Further details are listed below for expedited delivery and if you are dropshipping, there are no additional fees for this.

All wholesale orders must be received by 11:30 AM PST for same day processing. Order received after this time will be processed the following business day.

There are 3 delivery options for all orders of $0-$500. REGULAR Delivery is $12 (up to 15 business days). Express Delivery is $23 (3-5 Business Days), 2-Day Delivery $34 and Overnight Priority Delivery is $42 (1 Business day). Please remember that UjENA manufactures everything we sell, so many times, we are manufacturing a portion of your order which is why we build in these delivery times.

International Orders

Delivery time for REGULAR International orders vary anywhere from 12-25 business days due to customs requirements we may not be able to control. These orders ship USPS First Class International Mail and there is no tracking available. PRIORITY International orders typically are delivered in 5-10 business days and ship Fedex Priority International. Tracking is availabe on these orders. Please be aware that your cost of shipping outside of the United States can vary. US Shipping rates DO NOT apply to international orders. Additional fees may be required to cover taxes and import fees imposed by other countries. Vendors are responsible for any and all additional charges that may apply.

Recommended Swimsuit Care

The following are our recommendations for swimwear care:

- Handwash the swimsuit prior to the first wear to set the colors

- After wearing the swimsuit, handwash the suit in a mild detergent, rinse well, hang or lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight

- Make sure that ALL body and suntan oils are removed from the swimsuit. If not, these oils will destroy the elasticity of the swimsuit!

- Don't leave the suit soaking overnight, bundled, wadded up, or rolled in a towel. This will cause the colors to bleed.

- Don't use Woolite, bleach, or dry the swimsuit in a dryer. All will destroy the elasticity of the suit.
